Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Proof of purchase order number is required for all returns.
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items.
- Packaging and Shipping:
- Securely package the items in the original packaging, if possible.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the following address:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
