Return Policy

Zoni Bazar, operated by Digitech Creative Source Inc., is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.  
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Proof of purchase order number is required for all returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at zonibazaar@gmail.com or by phone at +13466223967. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items.  
  3. Packaging and Shipping:
    • Securely package the items in the original packaging, if possible.
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the following address:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.  
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within +13466223967 business days.  
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
    • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.  

Non-Returnable Items:
